The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) adheres to the requirement listed in the PWS for TRS Administration Services. QSAP describes systematic methods to measure the performance, identify necessary reports and resources to be employed. It defines roles, responsibilities, performance objectives, methodologies for monitoring, Quality Assurance reporting, result analysis of Quality Assurance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
